Ingredient needed to make Homemade bread:
Flour - 1kg
Eggs - 2
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Milk flavour - 1 table spoon
Butter - 2 table spoon to be melted
Yeast - 3 table spoon
Salt - 1/2 table spoon
Water - 3-4 cups
Steps to make Homemade Bread:
1. Sieve the flour in a bowl, if the flour is cool put it in a warm place to make it warm (not hot).
2. Now mix the milk with warm water.
3. Put the yeast in a plate and add pinch of sugar and salt to it, then add the mixed milk and sprinkle flour on top after doing this put in a warm place to bubble.
4. When the flour is warm add butter to it and mix together thoroughly, after mixing, make hole at the centre and then turn the bubbled yeast inside, add the mixed milk and the whisk egg to it, mix thoroughly, after mixing sprinle flour on a table, put the dough and knead very well to dissolve the yeast. As you knead, always sprinkle flour on the dough and the table to make it easy to knead. After kneading sprinkle flour in a bowl and put the dough inside then cover the bowl with a napkin and put in a warn place.
5. After a while, take the dough and knead for second and third time.
6. Finally, sprinkle flour on a table put the dough and knead a little. Cut to the desired shape, cream the baking pan with butter sprinkle flour on it then arrange the dough in it, allow it to rise for about 30 min to 1hour. Then egg wash the dough, put in the oven to bake until golden brown.
When it is ready, take them out and you have your bread.
Now you have successfully made your homemade bread from scratch.
