Let take a look at the various chemicals and there formulation. Don’t get scared with the words (chemicals and formulation) simply put it this way ingredients and their measurement. You get that right. Now let make our body cream are you set. Great

BODY CREAM PRODUCTION

S/NO	CHEMICALS	FORMULATION
1.	Paraffin oil	4 small cream cups (200 ml)
2.	Steric acid	8 milk cups (1256 ml)
3.	Petrolleum jelly	4 small cream cups (200ml)
4.	Bee or croda wax	6 milk cups (942 ml)
5.	Preservatives (Na. benzoate etc.)	1 tea spoon full
6.	Acetyl alcohol glycerin	4 small cream cups (400ml)
7.	Labritol , vitamin E, glycerin & propylene	Add little quantity to taste
8.	Colorant	To taste
9.	Perfume (pears, cocoa butter etc)	To taste
10.	Water	2 liters or more

I will make the process as simple as possible so don’t worry if you don’t understand any part of this teaching just go over this post again and again and you will see how easy it is for you to make your own body cream.

METHOD:

First let us produce 2 samples. We will call the 1^st samples specimen A and the 2^nd sample specimen B.

Specimen A:

Boil the 2 liters of water and keep separately, now take little hot water from it and dissolve the colorant and the specified preservatives (citrate, Na, benzoate etc), after dissolving the preservatives, pour it into the 2 liters of hot water a keep separately.

Specimen B:

Place a clean dry pot on the heating source and add the 6 milk cup (942 ml) of croda wax or bee wax, then add little labritol, together with 8 milk cups (1256 ml) of steric acid and keep stirring for 4 minutes, take away the pot from the heating source and add acetyl alcohol glycerin (you need to do this and be very careful because alcohol is highly inflammable). After adding the acetyl alcohol glycerin, put the pot or your heating container back to the heating source to attain a proper mixture. Now reduce the heat from the heating source and add 200ml (4 small cream cups) of paraffin oil and petroleum jelly, mix and stir very well. Now is the time to add the vitamin E and propylene glycerin then take the pot or heating container from the heating source.

Now pour the contents in Specimen A and Specimen B in a bowl and stir properly. Remember we haven’t added our fragrance, this is the time to add the fragrance of your choice (there are hundreds of them available in the market). You can choose to use vanilla, pears, strawberry, passion etc the choice is yours. But make sure to add the fragrance to taste if this is done well you will produce a body cream with a good fragrance and that alone can go a long way in increasing your product demand and supply.

If your desired texture that is if your mixture is still thick, you can add little volume of water.

You have just succeeded in producing a body cream on your own. You see how simple it is very good now what do you do of course you do not want to use or market your body cream directly from the bowl right, now package it by pouring it into your containers, allow it to cool and once done you can start your supply.

PS. All the above chemical measurements are subject to multiplication or division by a constant factor depending on the amount of cream you want to produce but make sure to use that constant factor in measuring all the chemicals. Good luck on your new manufacturing venture.
