NOTE: All the above chemicals are subjected to multiplication or division, provided that it is done with a constant factor (360 cl of palm oil ÷ 2 = 180 cl and 2 kg of soda ÷ 2 = 1 kg) I believe you get that. 1.       Dissolve 2kg NaOH in plastic bowl or bucket with 6 lucozade bottle of water and 6kg soda ash in a separate bucket with 6 lucozade bottle, stir both properly

2.       Then mix the NaOH and NaCO, solutions in above together and allow to famentate b for 24 hours

3.       Pour the P.K.O in a big bowl and add the measured industrial salt, foaming agent, hydrogen peroxide ad colorant and stir properly

4.       Add the solutions in the sample 2 above into the P.K.O mixture in 3, stir properly for evenly homogenization, when you observe that the whole mixture  are becoming watery stop stirring

5.       Use carpet, sack bag etc outside to wide spread the mixture for sun drying

6.       When dried, use a sieve to pellet it into powdery form, sprinkle nice fragrance on it and package for sale.

Now do you see how easy it is for you to make your homemade Powdery detergent and even make extra money that is if you choose to sell your products.
