      Ingredient
Measurement
1.
Flour
6 cups
2.
Baking powder
6 tea spoon full
3.
Raw egg
12
4.
Powder milk

5.
Sugar
378g or to taste
6.
Mix fruit
To taste
7.
Nutmeg & vanilla essence
16 drops each
8.
Margarine
300 (2 cup)
Note: all the above measurements are subject to multiplication and division but make sure it is done with a constant factor. (E.g. 6 cups of flour divide by (3) = 2 cups. 6 tea spoon full of baking powder divided by (3) = 2 tea spoon full.
Method:
1.    Cream the margarine and sugar together.
2.    Add proper whisk beaten egg and milk to it.
3.    Mix the flour with the baking powder and add the proper whisk egg and milk. (you now have a mixture for margarine + sugar + whisk beaten egg + milk + flour + baking powder )
4.     Turn with the wooden spoon to mix everything to a soft mixture.
5.     Now add the nut Meg, mix fruit and all the flavors, and then stir all very well.
6.     Grease your baking pan with the margarine (you need to do this so as to make the cake not stick to the pan after baking) and bake for at least 40 minutes using either the local oven or the electric oven the choice is yours.
Whichever one you use just make sure you keep checking your cake but for the local oven ensure the heat is not too much or too low. In 40 minute you will have your well baked cake.
