Make long lasting pineapple juice from scratch. Let me show you the easiest method to make homemade pineapple juice that can last for months, this method take as little as 15 to 20 minutes, you will discover that making homemade pineapple juice is not as hard as you think. This method i am going to show can be used to make pineapple juice, apple juice, orange juice, grape juice and almost any kind of fruit juice you can think of. Many fruit juice can be made using this same method so you need to read this carefully. Am going to make it as simple as possible so you won't find it hard to make your own homemade juice of any kind rven if you want to make it righy away. In this post i will be using one type of fruit which is the pineapple but like i said you can use this method to make any type of fruit you want. When making homemade juice, or any food products, i always advise my readers to make sure the environment is clean and all the equipmemt to be used are clean aswell and hygienic. Let me not bore you with hygiene stuff and let's go down to the main thing of this article Like every product whether homemade or industrial made, it is always important to know the equipment and materials needed to making a particular products. Equipment: 1. Knife. 2. Mini Fruit Extracting Machine. 3. Heat Source. 4. Cans or container for storage. 5. Bowl. 6. Sealer (this is only needed if you want to seal your juice). Like every other production process, we need to know the ingredients needed to make homemade juice Ingredient and formulation: 1. Fruit (In this case Pineapple) = 1 or 2 (About 1 litre after extracting ) 2. Stabilizer (Sodium Citrate) = 1/4 table spoon. 3. Ctric Acid = 1/4 table spoon. 4. Preservative (Sodium Benzoate) = 1/4 table spoon. 5. Sugar and Aspartine (Sweetner) = To taste. 6. Water. Please note: If you must add sweetner always add little quantity as must fruit already contains sugar and will make your juice sweet even without sweetner Methods: Peel off the back of the pineapple and cut into smaller sizes. Now use the fruit exttactor to squeez the fruits pieces you have earlier cut. After squeezing it, pasturize it by heating it at a temperature of about 35 - 40 degrees. When it becomes warm, reduce the heat to prevent over heating and add the ingredients simultaneously. Add and stir do this until you have added all the ingredients. If you follow the above steps correctly by now your pineapple juice should be ready. To enjoy your juice it is always advisable to serve chill. If you like this post please share
