 In our last post we learnt how to can make homemade body cream. In this post I will teach you how you too can make your own homemade hair cream. After going through this post you will see how easy it will be for you to make hair cream and even become a manufacturer of hair cream.

But before we start let’s take a look at the various types of chemicals needed in the production of hair cream. The below shows the various chemicals and their measurement.

METHOD:

Start the heating process by placing the boiler on the heating source and measure the stated amount of paraffin oil and add colorant. Heat and stir until the colorant dissolves completely. Now add the following sequence and stir very well to produce a homogenization after each addition, the measured petroleum jelly, lanolin and some paraffin wax chips.

After adding the paraffin wax chips test the mixture for proper texture. To do this take a little of the mixture in a mall container and allow to cool. It will become thicker as it cools. Please don’t be in a hurry, allow it to so as to ascertain it best texture. If the mixture is still very soft add little paraffin wax to the mixture on the heater then text the texture again. Do this until the desired texture have been achieved. So now we have gotten the right texture for our mixture we will now add the fragrance (perfume). Remember that the mixture is still on the heating source don’t take off the whole mixture to text for the texture only take small amount in a spoon or a small container. Having done this and have gotten the right texture and added the perfume, stir the content very well and remove the mixture from the heating source and put off the heating system and allow to cool.

Pour the cooled liquid into containers where they will cool further and attain full and desired texture.

You have just made yourself a perfect hair cream.

PS. Colorant varies in appearance some are in liquid, aqueous or powdery forms.
