5 easy steps to make your homemade hair shampoo from scratch

As the number of people increase, the money being made by manufacturers are also increasing but that is not true for all manufacturers. As a manufacturer, you most know the right thing to manufacturer at a particular time that will make you money for a long time if not continually. One of the things to produce that will make you money for a long time is HAIR SHAMPOO PRODUCTION like I said earlier, as the number of people increase so will the number of money being made by smart manufacturers. Now here is what I mean “as the numbers of people with hair increase so also will the number of money being made by those who manufacture hair shampoo will increase”

You need to know what it is before trying to produce it. Now what is a hair shampoo?

 This is a formulation design to neutralize the alkaline nature and the effect of various hair relaxers and other harmful things that can affect the hair or the hair scalp.  It should be use as often as possible. It reduces the static and tangling nature of the hair strand during combing and makes the hair very soft and clean.

Having known what a hair shampoo is, the next thing to know is the right formulation in the production of a quality hair shampoo.

The first thing you must know in the manufacturing of any product; form  hair cream, body cream, air freshener, baking of cake, meat pie, etc you must know the right formulation. If you do not know the right formulation you are likely to have a low quality product that is if you manage to finish the production of that particular product.

Let us now look at the right formulation in the production of hair conditioner.

NOTE: All the above chemicals are subjected to multiplication or division, provided that it is done with a constant factor (0.80 kg of citric acid ÷ 2 = 0.40 kg and 10 kg of sulphonic acid ÷ 2 = 5kg) I believe you get that. Like a said before this is the most important aspect of manufacturing/production once you get this wrong you will not produce a good quality hair shampoo or any other product you want to produce. So always make sure to take extra time in the study and application of the right formulation in your production process no matter how small what you want to produce may be.

Now go over it again and be sure you are clear up to this level. that, now what is the method used in the production of hair shampoo.

METHOD:

I will make it as easy as possible so be rest assured that with these eight simple steps you will produce your own hair shampoo

Step 1. Dissolve the soda ash and sodium sulphate in different bowls of water at a concentration of 2500 kg/m3 (cube) using an instrument called hydrometer and allow to stay over night

Step 2. Now dissolve the thickener of choice (Nitrosol or HEC-10) in water and keep aside

Step 3. Add sulphonic acid to the soda ash solution

Step 4. Dissolve the EDTA to be into a reasonable quantity of water

Step 5. Add sample 2,3, and 4 together and check for the pH (measure of acidity or alkalinity) of the mixture using pH meter. The pH should be 7.0-8.0. This is the normal pH level. But if the pH is above normal that is above 7.0-8.0, you add little citric acid to reduce the pH. The pH is below normal you add little soda ash, do this gradually to get the normal pH of the mixture.

Step 6. Pour the solution of sodium sulphate into the mixture

Step 7. Stir and add glycerine, methyl paraben, colorant and fragrance

Do I need to tell you that you just made your own hair shampoo, you can see it yourself how easy it is to make your own hair shampoo.

Step 8. Don’t be too fast there is one last step but you will love this step since you can see your hair shampoo in the bowl. Do you want to sell this new product you just produced? Or you want it as a personal use? Whichever one you choose, you won’t be too excited as to use it from the bowl or sell it directly from the bowl, so what do you do? You package or put your finished product in a container.

TIPS: if you are interested in marketing your product, it is very necessary to use attractive container for the packaging of your product so as to increase your sales.

PS. Whether you choose to sell your product or you just want it for personal use, make sure you are using original chemical and always use protectives in your manufacturing/production process.

PPS. Please ensure to do all your registration with the right agencies in your prospective country of your manufacturing business and also do all your     production/manufacturing in a clean and well ventilated environment. (This will increase the chances of the approval of your products)

Now take a good look at the money you have wasted buying hair shampoo and the money you will save in the next few months. You may have just bought a few chemicals to learn how to make your own hair shampoo  which is a very wise thing to do but if you want to make money with this, then you have to go back get more chemicals and start manufacturing and selling your products.
