problem with most bakers is that they do not know the right measurement and the
right time to add any of the ingredients. Once you know this you will be good

Note: all the above measurements are subject to
multiplication and division but make sure it is done with a constant factor.
(E.g. 8 cups of flour divide by (4) = 2 cups. 6 tea spoon full of baking powder
divided by (3) = 2 tea spoon full. You get that right, very good.
Method:
1. Mix the
flour, baking powder, salt and the nut Meg together and add the oil or
margarine.
2. Beat the raw egg and sugar together.
3. Mix the
flour + baking powder + salt + nut Meg + margarine + the beaten eggs + sugar
gradually until it forms slightly stiff dough.
4. Turn the
mixture into a flour pastry board and knead until it becomes smooth.
5. Then roll
lightly to 1cm thickness (you can chose to make it thicker but 1cm is a very
good) and cut into attractive knot shapes.
6. Pour into a
hot deep vegetable oil on the stove and fry until a brown color is formed.
7. Pour into a
grater and allow to cool.
You have just made a very nice chin chin and you can sell or
